Water Fountain off of Lake Dr.

As the water-fountain creates a pulsating backdrop it is often broken by the high pitched yells and screams of children playing nearby. Though these two sounds contrast each other they also resemble one another in dynamics. The combination of water and wind creates a natural pulsating, phaser-like effect. The busy nearby traffic of Lake Dr. goes almost unnoticed.
